With 30 years of experience in the paint and coating world, one thing that we've learned is that no two processes are alike. Paint processes are usually built for a specific project, in a hurry. The result is that they're all very different and to make them run relatively well, skilled workers use what we refer to as "Black Magic" and "Tribal Knowledge", to operate the facility. The result is constant variables, and ultimately, difficulty in making changes. While most operations are able to identify and eliminate many problems, it's extremely rare that all variables are removed. If there are variables in the process, THERE WILL BE VARIABLE QUALITY! The most overlooked, and often the last variable in a process is changing viscosity which is a result of changing fluid and ambient temperature and variable solvent adds. (paint heaters are NOT the solution!), BOTH contribute, drastically, to changes in finish quality. It is easy to remove this variable, and standardize recipes and procedures to achieve high first pass yields of 95%

We specialize in temperature control systems for all fluid processing. Specifically, we work with VISCOSITY control systems that work at the point of application (where it matters!) OEM and Tier Automotive paint process, Aerospace coatings, Food container, Coil coating and metal sheet coating are our areas of expertise.

Tier Automotive and General Industrial



Spray coat, whether robot, reciprocating guns or bells, or manual. Curtain-coat. Solvent or water based, UV cure. 1K, 2K, ...Compatible with all pumping and delivery systems. We have a viscosity control system available. We also provide highly efficient pig-able paint delivery systems, and we partner with integrators to design and build your entire optimized process. Booths, conveyors, ovens et al. And we can always provide consultation to work with you, and your pre-selected providers to ensure that the optimal design and practices are accounted for at the design stage and through execution of your project.
